Private Consult
This consult is suited to puppies over 4 months right through to adult dogs.
Dogs often behave in a way we don’t like, such as; jumping up, mouthing, chewing, barking, pulling on the lead, unresponsive to our command and a whole lot more. People try to fix these issues without considering that the dog may be confused.
This is why it is really important to identify the cause of why your dog is behaving the way it is before we can expect your dog’s behaviour to change. By investing in a home visit we will be able to identify and correct the causes of your dogs behaviour.In the visit you will learn how certain jobs and responsibilities within the pack affect your dogs behaviour and how by tapping into your dogs natural way of thinking you can make all the difference in their behaviour and experience the amazing transformation!
Cost within the Wellington area is a set fee of $350 for up to 90 minutes and is inclusive of all travel/time, admin fee and a personalised training program.

Puppy Consult
This consult is only suited to puppies up to 4 months of age.
Needing help with your puppy? Just want to get it right?
Take advantage of our puppy home visit where you will learn how to combat those frustrating habits like chewing, toilet training, sleeping through the night, feeding and nutrition, exercising and any other specific issues you are experiencing with your puppy.
We give you good advice on the right equipment needed for your puppy to be calm and happy at home. You will also learn how to become the leader of the pack. We encourage the whole family to get involved in the home visit session so your puppy receives consistency in its training.
Cost within the Wellington area is a set fee of $250 for up to 60 minutes and is inclusive of all travel/time, admin fee and a personalised training program.

Puppy, Pre-purchase visit
The best way to start!
With the right setup and good knowledge you can be assured to get the best start with your puppy. We have a wealth of knowledge on breeds and can help you pick the right puppy for your situation. We can also provide you with our recommendations on reputable breeders and help you find a Vet.
We provide you with expert advice on settling your puppy on the first few night, recommendations on puppy equipment, grooming tools, food and nutrition and the best set up at home. You can save hundreds of dollars by us visiting as we only recommend what you actually need. Save even more when shopping at our retail store, where we like to look after our clients, with permanently reduced prices. Whatever you need, we can help!

Skype Consult
Don’t let Covid-19 get in the way of training your canine friend! We can help you! You will be amazed at how much you learn!
Is your dog exhibiting unwanted behaviours such as; jumping up, mouthing, chewing, barking, pulling on the lead? The Skype consult with Jo can get you started on sorting out these behaviours while you are all in self isolation! You can get the whole family involved with the training and there is SO much to learn. You will be amazed at the difference in your dog’s behaviour after one session!
If you have just got a new puppy, a Skype consult with Jo will help you get started the right way! We can address toilet training, sleeping through the night, mouthing, biting, your overall set up and much, much more! This can be followed up by joining our on line Puppy Preschool course which is due to start in the next few weeks!
What a great way to invest in your puppy or dog and there is no excuse about not enough time. You can make training a lot of fun and it can be a boredom buster to keep the family entertained while in self isolation!
For the Skype consult you can choose one of the following options;
– $170 for 45 minutes
– $210 for an hour
Payment must be received prior to the Skype consult!
Terms and conditions of payment:
– Payment is required prior to the day of the private consultation, (unless prior arrangements have been made). All accounts not paid within 7 days of issue will incur interest at 2.5% per month calculated on a daily basis. You agree to pay to us for any collection costs, agency commission fees, full legal expenses and any other legal expenses incurred by us in attempting to recover payment from you. By booking into any of our services you are automatically accepting our payment terms and conditions.
– Payment can be arranged by eftpos (including credit card) or internet banking. We do not offer refunds.
